Circuit box

Designing and Making a circuit box is an important stage of preparing final product. With the help of circuit box, the project will last longer and work more reliably. There are many details which should be taken into consideration while designing a circuit box. Size and shape of the components, how they fit into the box and how the user will have access to power and sensor are important factors. Accurate measurement of length, width and height of the circuit is the first and the most important stage of designing a circuit box. Length and width of Arduino Uno R3 are 68.6mm and 53.4mm respectively. To avoid any probable problem scales have been considered 1mm bigger from each side than the defined Arduino scales. In this project the PCB board is placed on the top of the Arduino and the exact measurement of the height has been made regarding that. The height of the box is 15mm and the height of the door is 6mm. Three LEDs have been used for visualization. It is important that the user see red, green and yellow LEDs and can differentiate between them. For this purpose filaments will be used in the box door. The power source is supplied with a USB connector or DC power jack. The design should give the option to the user to choose between one of the power sources, so it is important for the circuit to have access to external world.
